Grind Heart Youth Development Program is designed to teach long term athletic development by following the best practices. Our trainers are athletes too, so they spot light movement proficiency while building a movement
library for young athletes to build on. Each session incorporates general motor skills development, speed, agility, and strength. Athletes are trained in a structured but fun format that ensures they are prepared to handle the rigor and pressure of high school sports and training!
We understand that being an athlete is a full-time undertaking. Whether an elite athlete or a new athlete, you must keep your body fit throughout the year. That’s why we make our training facilities accessible to you even during the off-season.
