Meet Our Trainers

Brandon West was most recently a Canadian football running back. He played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League whom he played with for 4 seasons after signing with the club on March 8, 2011. West played high school football at Camden County High School in Kingsland, Georgia where he set the individual career scoring record. He played college football at Western Michigan University. West set numerous records, including 2 NCAA records for all-purpose yards and kick return yards. Brandon West was a 4 time college All-American from 2006-2009. West now resides in Atlanta where he has become a Personal Trainer. His goal is to have the most positive impact that he can on the lives of the people that he works with; helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. This goes way beyond helping people look the best they ever have, that’s a given, this also covers performance, mindset, motivation and lifestyle. His favorite saying is “ You have to get good at what you are not good at. That’s how you are going to get better.”

Will Speights

Native of Cleveland Ohio, I have a Bachelor's in Health and Science as Well as a NASM CPR/AED and personal trainer certification. I have been in hospitality and retail management for 10+ years, gaining knowledge and experience in teaching and training as well as emotional intelligence. Everything starts with your mindset, I am a firm believer that body can achieve whatever the mind can conceive. My aspirations are to help others unlock there full potential to achieve there fitness goals through motivation, accountability, support, knowledge and positivity. I specialize in performance and enhancement providing knowledge on proper movement as well strength and conditioning for anyone to reach their peak performance potential.

Angela is a NASM-certified trainer. She is passionate about fitness & helping others feel comfortable and confident in their own body! After sustaining multiple injuries in a car accident in 2013, Angela had to relearn most fundamental & functional movements through rehabilitation. Going through this adversity, she developed a passion for overall health & wellness; & realized she wanted to help others enrich their lives through fitness as well. With her enthusiastic personality & positive attitude, Angela enjoys working with ladies of all ages & sizes who are eager to achieve their own fitness goals!

Angela Yearwood

Angela is a NASM-certified trainer. She is passionate about fitness & helping others feel comfortable and confident in their own body! After sustaining multiple injuries in a car accident in 2013, Angela had to relearn most fundamental & functional movements through rehabilitation. Going through this adversity, she developed a passion for overall health & wellness; & realized she wanted to help others enrich their lives through fitness as well. With her enthusiastic personality & positive attitude, Angela enjoys working with ladies of all ages & sizes who are eager to achieve their own fitness goals!

I am a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist. Clarksville, TN Native with an extensive sports background. I played college football at The University of Tennessee Chattanooga at the Wide Receiver and Kick/Punt Return position. With 6 years playing professionally in the NFL (Jacksonville Jaguars, NY Giants, Tennessee Titans, and others), my goal is to bring that same type of mindset and work environment to Grind Heart. I believe that with consistent and efficient work, we are able to equip athletes with the necessary tools to perform at an elite level. The athlete’s needs/health are our #1 priority, so injury prevention and proper mechanics are of upmost importance in our training program. We hope to help any athlete excel in their given sport through Speed, Agility, and Quickness. As well as various Plyometric, Strength, and Sport Specific Movements.

Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus on physical therapy from Lewis University. He enjoys incorporating physical therapy elements with his clients to help them lose weight, increase strength and mobility, and to continue doing what they love without pain or limits. He has a passion in spotlighting the proper execution of movement so that clients learn how to perform exercises and prevent injury.

Brandon Sutton is a certified NASM personal and group fitness trainer from Chicago, Illinois who likes to fuse functional training with strength training. Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus on physical therapy from Lewis University. He enjoys incorporating physical therapy elements with his clients to help them lose weight, increase strength and mobility, and to continue doing what they love without pain or limits. He has a passion in spotlighting the proper execution of movement so that clients learn how to perform exercises and prevent injury.

Gabe Glamp is a CPR certified and ISSA certified personal trainer. He has found an overwhelming passion for fitness through his own successful weight loss and transformation. Through his own experience and advancing his skills, Gabe has learned numerous types of workouts applicable to all body types. He has used his gained knowledge over the years to help train and empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals. He believes in consistency in combination with individualized training to create the greatest outcomes. Gabe not only uses his positive attitude and energetic demeanor to keep clients motivated to push closer to their goals, but to celebrate each client’s accomplishments and personal achievements.

He believes in consistency in combination with individualized training to create the greatest outcomes. Gabe not only uses his positive attitude and energetic demeanor to keep clients motivated to push closer to their goals, but to celebrate each client’s accomplishments and personal achievements.

Gustavo Jenkins is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (NTPI). He has a degree and more than 1000 hours of direct personal training experience.
