Meet Our Trainers

All our services are driven by certified trainers that guide you to be a stronger and healthier you.

I am a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist. Clarksville, TN Native with an extensive sports background. I played college football at The University of Tennessee Chattanooga at the Wide Receiver and Kick/Punt Return position. With 6 years playing professionally in the NFL (Jacksonville Jaguars, NY Giants, Tennessee Titans, and others), my goal is to bring that same type of mindset and work environment to Grind Heart. I believe that with consistent and efficient work, we are able to equip athletes with the necessary tools to perform at an elite level. The athlete’s needs/health are our #1 priority, so injury prevention and proper mechanics are of upmost importance in our training program. We hope to help any athlete excel in their given sport through Speed, Agility, and Quickness. As well as various Plyometric, Strength, and Sport Specific Movements.

Robbie Coull Jr is a native of Southern California and a recent graduate of local Oglethorpe University here in Brookhaven. As captain of his college lacrosse team, President, and National Representative of the NCAA's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Robbie is no stranger to leadership in a team setting. In his youth in San Diego, he was a trained competitive gymnast before turning to lacrosse and bodybuilding, he hasn't looked back since. Robbie is passionate about sports performance, bodybuilding, and making the Brookhaven community a better place one day at a time. He is an International Sports Science Association certified personal trainer with a CPR/AED certification who will take matters into his own hands to ensure your fitness goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Robbie Coull

Robbie Coull Jr is a native of Southern California and a recent graduate of local Oglethorpe University here in Brookhaven. As captain of his college lacrosse team, President, and National Representative of the NCAA's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Robbie is no stranger to leadership in a team setting. In his youth in San Diego, he was a trained competitive gymnast before turning to lacrosse and bodybuilding, he hasn't looked back since. Robbie is passionate about sports performance, bodybuilding, and making the Brookhaven community a better place one day at a time. He is an International Sports Science Association certified personal trainer with a CPR/AED certification who will take matters into his own hands to ensure your fitness goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Connor Mark is a NASM certified personal trainer and a recent graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science. He was born and raised in the Brookhaven area and grew up in the Brittany neighborhood. Connor has been playing sports all throughout middle school, high school, and college and has worked with both youth and adults to improve fitness and athletic performance. He dedicates his time in the gym focusing on sport and athletic movements, but is no stranger to the importance of the basics. Outside of the gym, Connor enjoys hanging out with friends and playing pick-up ultimate frisbee. He is excited to bring his competitive and energetic spirit to Grind Heart to help motivate everyone to achieve their goals.

Connor Mark

Connor Mark is a NASM certified personal trainer and a recent graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science. He was born and raised in the Brookhaven area and grew up in the Brittany neighborhood. Connor has been playing sports all throughout middle school, high school, and college and has worked with both youth and adults to improve fitness and athletic performance. He dedicates his time in the gym focusing on sport and athletic movements, but is no stranger to the importance of the basics. Outside of the gym, Connor enjoys hanging out with friends and playing pick-up ultimate frisbee. He is excited to bring his competitive and energetic spirit to Grind Heart to help motivate everyone to achieve their goals.

Brandon Sutton is a certified NASM personal and group fitness trainer from Chicago, Illinois who likes to fuse functional training with strength training. Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus on physical therapy from Lewis University. He enjoys incorporating physical therapy elements with his clients to help them lose weight, increase strength and mobility, and to continue doing what they love without pain or limits. He has a passion in spotlighting the proper execution of movement so that clients learn how to perform exercises and prevent injury.

Brandon Sutton

Trainer

Brandon Sutton is a certified NASM personal and group fitness trainer from Chicago, Illinois who likes to fuse functional training with strength training. Brandon has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus on physical therapy from Lewis University. He enjoys incorporating physical therapy elements with his clients to help them lose weight, increase strength and mobility, and to continue doing what they love without pain or limits. He has a passion in spotlighting the proper execution of movement so that clients learn how to perform exercises and prevent injury.

Will Speights

Native of Cleveland Ohio, I have a Bachelor's in Health and Science as Well as a NASM CPR/AED and personal trainer certification. I have been in hospitality and retail management for 10+ years, gaining knowledge and experience in teaching and training as well as emotional intelligence. Olivia is a NASM certified personal trainer with a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Georgia State University. Originally from Gainesville, FL, she developed a passion for fitness early on. Angela is a NASM-certified trainer. She is passionate about fitness & helping others feel comfortable and confident in their own body! Angela Yearwood

Angela is a NASM-certified trainer. She is passionate about fitness & helping others feel comfortable and confident in their own body! Gabe Glamp is a CPR certified and ISSA certified personal trainer. He has found an overwhelming passion for fitness through his own successful weight loss and transformation. Through his own experience and advancing his skills, Gabe has learned numerous types of workouts applicable to all body types. He has used his gained knowledge over the years to help train and empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals. He believes in consistency in combination with individualized training to create the greatest outcomes. Gabe not only uses his positive attitude and energetic demeanor to keep clients motivated to push closer to their goals, but to celebrate each client’s accomplishments and personal achievements.
