Bryce uses mindful movement to connect minds, bodies, and souls on and off the mat. Bryce’s yoga practice started somewhere around his junior year of college while a member of the football team, he was always looking for some way to gain a competitive advantage. During that time, Bryce would occasionally join the free community yoga offered on campus, searching for a physical relief more than anything. Little did he know that one day he would fall in love with the more introspective aspects of the yoga world. Fast forward eight years and a growing disillusion with the toll extreme weightlifting was having on his body, Bryce decided to jump back into something a little less taxing and fully committed his exercise practice to exclusively yoga. While Bryce loves being able to practice at home via YouTube and/or various apps, there is just something about being part of the community that drew him back to studio life. Bryce is a Yoga Asana leader so join Bryce in Vinyasa Yoga class; he can’t wait to flow with you!

Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced by linking conscious breath with dynamic, fluid movement. A number of Yoga postures (Asanas) are linked together in a sequence which flows together. Using controlled breathing and mindful movement, you transition from one posture to the next culminating with a gentle stretch before finding our final resting posture.
