Our Vinyasa yoga classes will help you achieve good health, calm your emotions and mind, lose weight, reduce pain, and enable you to live a life full of smiles and joy.

 

A healthy yoga session will unite your spirit, mind, and body so you can live a wholesome life. Grind Heart Fitness Gym offers different options and different yoga levels for advanced and beginner students. We have chosen the Vinyasa yoga style practiced by linking dynamic, fluid movements with conscious breath. You will practice many asanas (yoga postures) sequentially linked to flow harmoniously. By using mindful movements and controlled breathing, you will transition from one posture to another, culminating in a gentle stretch before you finally find your resting posture.

We also provide healthy living and meditation classes to give you more choices. Our yoga teachers have received intensive training in healthy living, meditation, and yoga. They are certified with less than 500 hours of extensive training. Most of them have over 2,000 hours of training. For these and many other reasons, you can relax knowing that you are in the hands of professionals. Our teachers will ensure you enjoy your yoga session and guarantee your safety in the process. If you have chronic pain or an injury, they will offer professional assistance and refer you to the best medics for treatment.

 

When you arrive at our facility, you will first notice how soothing and comfortable the space is. We offer private yoga sessions so you can do things at your own pace and explore your biorhythms. You may choose private yoga sessions or join a group.
