Whether you are just starting out, a workout enthusiast or looking to mix up your routine, group class training is great for you.  Group class training consists of 5-15 people maximum and focuses on building strength, losing body fat, and getting fit all while reaching you maximum performance.

Grind Heart Weekly Schedule

 

Monday: Lower Body Blast (Legs & Glutes)
Get ready to kick off the week with a focus on strength and power in your lower body! This class targets your legs and glutes with squats, lunges, deadlifts, and dynamic exercises like sled pushes and plyometric drills. Build strength, improve balance, and leave feeling stronger than ever.
Bonus: End with 5-10 minutes of core and balance work to keep you grounded and stable.

 

Tuesday: Upper Body Push Power
Take your upper body to the next level! This class focuses on chest, shoulders, and triceps with exercises like bench presses, overhead presses, dips, and resistance band work. Push your limits and see the strength gains you’ve been working for.
Bonus: Core and balance exercises wrap up the session, helping you stay strong and stable.

 

Wednesday: Workout of the Week (WOW)
Looking for something new and exciting? Every Wednesday, we bring you a high-energy, unique workout designed to challenge your entire body. From partner challenges to themed circuits, you’ll never know what’s coming next-but you’ll love every second. Core and balance exercises are seamlessly integrated into the workout for a full-body experience.

 

Thursday: Upper Body Pull Strength
Focus on building a strong back and powerful biceps in this pull-focused class. Pull-ups, rows, lat pulldowns, and sled rows dominate the session, giving you the ultimate upper body workout. End the class feeling stronger, taller, and ready to tackle anything. Bonus: Core and balance exercises finish the session to ensure a strong and stable foundation.

 

Friday: Total Body Conditioning
Fridays are for going all out! This high-intensity class combines strength and cardio to give you a total-body burn. With battle ropes, kettlebell swings, box jumps, and assault bike intervals, you’ll sweat, smile, and crush your fitness goals.

Bonus: End with 5-10 minutes of core and balance exercises to leave the week on a strong note.

 

Grind Heart Saturday: Challenge Day
The toughest workout of the week is here! Every Saturday, we push your limits with a mix of strength, endurance, and functional fitness challenges. Think of it as a test of your progress and a chance to beat your personal best. Core and balance exercises are built right into the workout for a total-body grind. Are you ready to rise to the challenge?

 
Limited client’s booking window for ALL classes is 6 hours, you must book at least 6 hours before the start of a class to join. Early cancel at least 4 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.  UNLIMITED clients have 2 hours before the start of a class to join. Early cancel at least 1 hour in advance to avoid a late fee.
 

At Grind Heart Fitness, we reserve the right to cancel any scheduled class if fewer than three participants are registered. This policy ensures that our clients receive the highest quality experience in a motivating group environment. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to making each class dynamic and engaging.
