Our Teen (14-18 years old) Athlete Training is designed to help athletes break free from the competition. This comprehensive approach helps to develop speed, strength, power and athleticism. No matter what your sport may be, if you’re looking to get that extra edge over the competition, there’s no better training available than this program. Whether it’s improving your strength, speed, power, or becoming an overall better athlete, we will get you there at Grind Heart Fitness.
Training is by appointment only.
Please contact us about your Teen Athlete and we can either set up a personalized 1 on 1 training session, or he/she can participate in a group setting with other athletes.
