Brandon West, Founder

Brandon West was most recently a Canadian football running back. He played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League whom he played with for 4 seasons after signing with the club on March 8, 2011. West played high school football at Camden County High School in Kingsland, Georgia where he set the individual career scoring record. He played college football at Western Michigan University. West set numerous records, including 2 NCAA records for all-purpose yards and kick return yards. Brandon West was a 4 time college All-American from 2006-2009.

Currently, West lives in Atlanta. He is now a personal trainer whose mission is to help people live positively. Through his training, he has impacted many people's lives and helped them to become the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves. His training goes beyond transforming people to look their best; the program also covers lifestyle, motivation, mindset, and performance. Just as he likes to say, "You have to get good at what you are not good at." That's how you are going to get better.

His love for football started at Camden County High School in Kingsland, Georgia. While in school, he set the highest record as the best player. He continued playing football even after he joined Western Michigan University. At the university, again, West set many records. For example, he set two National College Athletic Association (NCAA) records, including kick return yards and all-purpose yards. He was a four-time college All-American for four years (2006–2009).
